This route is for anyone looking to get started with biking with their children – in beautiful scenery and full of natural experiences. The BLOCKLINE is an adventure route for bike fans of all ages.
The shortest stage is just 4 km long, and the longest is 15 km. Choose for yourself: anything from 2 hours to 5 days is possible.
The BLOCKLINE route offers ideal terrain for explorers – whether on a classic mountain bike or an e-MTB.
Lynx and red kite are at home here, also red deer and many other rare animals and plants.
These buddies make the BLOCKLINE something truly special and are located in idyllic natural locations: animal figures made from tree trunks mark the bike route.

The BLOCKLINE invites even the younger kids to experience a special time on their bikes. Every child brings a different experience. These are our ideas for children who are new to biking and want to experience a variety of activities.
One of the BLOCKLINE Inns is a perfect starting point. They are your hosts along the route and fully equipped for biking families.

BLOCKLINE invites you to share a biking adventure with your children. Every child brings different experiences; here are our ideas for kids who already spend a few hours on the bike.

with teens up to 15/ 16 years
Experience meaningful, quality time together on your bikes: with older kids and teens, longer tours are absolutely doable. For families looking for loop routes, we recommend the three BLOCKLINE loops.

The three loops are perfect for a long weekend – or spread them out over several weekends
Each loop is between 52 and 60 km long, with 1,010 to 1,078 meters of elevation gain

You decide whether to ride 20 km or 55 km per day – it’s totally up to you.
